Orders will generally ship within 1-2 days unless I am attending a show. You will be notified by email of any delays.
I accept Paypal & personal checks I can also send you a Square Invoice for payment by credit card. All purchases are payable in US currency. There is a $35.00 service charge for all payments returned by the bank.
Shipping:
Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (including Alaska & Hawaii).
USA: $9.00 per order
Canada: $22.00 per order
International: $30.00 per order
For Canadian or International orders I always refund the excess shipping if your package is under 9 oz & can ship for a cheaper rate.
For International Customers duties, customs fees and/or additional costs to receive your order are your responsibility. These fees are beyond my control.
Insurance:
Shipping Insurance is optional. If you want to insure your order, add the appropriate amount to your shopping cart, using the "Shipping Insurance" category link on the left.
Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me immediately. You may return any item for a refund (less the shipping charge) within 15 days. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped. Return shipping is at your expense.
Damaged Items:
If an item is damaged in shipping and you have selected insurance for the order please contact me immediately upon receipt of your order. Priority Mail shipments are automatically covered for up to $50.
